As and when any official of the Government is found guilty of committing crime like contempt of court, he or she can be punished accordingly by the apex court and also the court can have done certain works done that remained undone by that fellow, his or her Government can be asked to perform his or her work and that would be in the interest of the nation/country.

Declaring 'war on Terror' if any foreign force continue killing common people of the other country that means its insulting the sovereignty of that victimized country/nation. For that victimized nation's Government must do its utmost to do needful forthwith, otherwise, the nation itself and global nations would understand that the victimized nation's Government is either incapable to protect the lives and haves of its people or its (the Government) is not willing to do anything on the welfare of its people or its (the Government) not very honest, sincere, devoted and interested in its people's life and living.

When an alleged conspiracy is found subversive to the state, the suit against the accused one should be filed and handled for justified judicial justice accordingly as THE ACCUSED VERSUS THE STATE', not on the basis of tribal or regional or else law procedure.
